I recommend this green juice because it has great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components. I called it an anti-aging juice; it keeps our skin and body young and healthy. It helps us fight with all does free radicals or toxins that we are exposed every day like sun exposure and chemicals that are ruining our skin and bodies. It also boost our collagen production so I personally try to drink at least one every day.
Cucumber: antioxidants like vitamin C; can prevent cancer.
Celery: great source of vitamins A, B, C, E and K.
Turmeric: anti-inflammatory; helps with menstrual pains and bruises.
Kale: decrease cholesterol.
